Preparation for the 2024 season is well underway

Best wishes to all players in their Spring sports.  Players in the-off season can train after school in the free Speed & Strength program.

Mark your calendar:   

Spring Meeting player/parent meeting (CURRENT 8TH-11TH GRADERS and a parent or guardian): Sunday, April 28 at AVHS Cafeteria.  Check-in begins at 6:30.  The AVQBC (booster club) will be collecting the $150 per player Equipment Fee via check or Venmo at this meeting 

Join us after the parent meeting at Rascal's In Apple Valley. (It's located at 7721 147th Street W.) We will have a get together for families and coaches.
